Solid Pine Wood hand crafted captains desk, aka Davenport, or Secretary's School Desk. Has flat screws and hinges familiar to era in which it was produced. Very solid piece. Could use a little refinishing to be perfect.. (just has a little washable marker on the top, a few little marks here and there that would easily be fixed with a light hand sand and a fresh coat of poly/stain. Beautiful piece.. likely 1950s, could be older. Actually has alot of storage space. Slanted top, lifts up has lots of space inside. Room for a chair to sit.
